This June, we are going to the Democratic Republic of the Congo!
We have been invited by senior leadership in a major African church movement to equip pastors, launch training schools, and bring long-term transformation to a country that has endured decades of war, poverty, and instability.
Join us in making a lasting impact by praying for the team, helping fund the trip, or sharing about the opportunity with a friend!

The Democratic Republic of the Congo has been devastated by years of civil war, destroyed infrastructure, extreme poverty, and widespread disease. Safe and reliable travel between cities is nearly impossible—most movement is by airplane or riverboat, and land travel can be dangerous due to theft, violence, and kidnapping.
Because of these challenges, pastors cannot rely on traditional, centralized training. Local, church-based training is essential. Our curriculum can be used anywhere to train pastors in the Word of God and equip them for ministry.
In addition to biblical and ministry training, our curriculum provides practical skills communities urgently need—agriculture, food production, animal care, small business, savings groups, and health and hygiene. These tools help pastors lead spiritually while lifting people out of poverty and sickness, opening the door for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We have been invited by the General Overseer of the Foursquare Church in Central Africa, a denomination with 20,000 churches across the continent, 2,000 churches in the Congo alone, and roughly 5,000 churches in Central Africa. He has asked us to help launch training schools in four major cities, beginning in Kinshasa. Most pastors in this network have never had access to Bible college or structured ministry training, and there is no national system like this available to them.
This is a rare opportunity to work from the top of a denomination down, enabling rapid multiplication rather than slow, incremental growth. Leaders from across the DR Congo, as well as neighboring countries like Gabon and Cameroon, will gather to receive training and equipment. About 300 participants will take part in a 3-day facilitator seminar in the capital, Kinshasa. From there, we will travel to three additional major cities to train 260 more pastors as facilitators.
This trip launches the next chapter of a vision years in the making, bringing hope and training to leaders and communities. The door is open, and the potential is extraordinary!
We need to raise $98,000 by June 20 to make this trip possible. You can make a difference by:
