Lack of Bible and ministry training can cause the church leadership to become divided, the members to become complacent, and the Gospel to be mixed with local superstitions. In recent years, governments have begun to require pastors to hold degrees, resulting in thousands of churches shutting down.

We work with leaders all over the world who have never been trained, though many of them have always dreamed of being able to pursue their education.

We have found that when the pastors are trained, a big vision is planted. Instead of looking only within the four walls of their church building, pastors realize their call to build bridges within their communities. And enthusiasm spreads.
